ACE Women’s Collective (ACE) is a community where women in Finance talk candidly and empower one another to increase transparency in this otherwise opaque industry. We are growing our team and are looking for new team members who are self-starters, believe in our mission, and want to give back to the community. ACE is growing quickly and this next year will prove to be full of opportunities for immense impact as we continue to bring our mission to life. You'll get to work alongside our tight-knit ACE team of talented, driven, and hardworking women, and this will be a great opportunity for someone passionate about female empowerment to build his/her portfolio and connect with high-performing young professionals and successful senior professionals in finance.

Preferred Qualifications and Role Expectations:

1) Social Media - Graphic Design (~5-7 hrs/week - Remote):

- Interest in or prior experience with graphic design, using Canva/Photoshop and social media strategy

- Content creation for our social media platforms as well as design for our website

- Engaging with our community through social media platforms

- Analyzing performance metrics of social content/website and making recommendations for how to iterate based on the data



2) Social Media - Video Content Creator (~5 hrs /week - Remote):

- Interest or prior experience with video creation and video editing skills

- Basic video recording (e.g. Zoom for the time being), editing film pieces and assembling videos with music, dialogues, graphics and effects as needed

- Videos will include short-form for Instagram Reels, as well as long-form for YouTube, LinkedIn and our website

- Evaluate video analytics and insight from our website and Youtube



Requirements for both positions:

- You have a strong understanding of ACE’s brand and voice and can communicate its message with consistency

- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various team members

- Good time-management skills and strong attention to detail

- Strong typography, layout and visual design skills, and/or previous experience with graphic design, web design, illustration and/or familiarity with editing and design software like Squarespace, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus

- Working professionals preferred
