Keren Ehrenfeld

Keren is a Managing Director in Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley and has been at the firm for almost two decades. As Head of Healthcare and Transportation Debt Capital Markets practice, Keren is responsible for advising clients on a multitude of capital structure topics with a focus on originating and structuring investment grade financings. She has vast experience advising on acquisition financings, including leading the financing strategy for the three largest healthcare acquisitions in the US to date.

Keren joined the firm in 2003 and her previous experience included working in the Investment Banking Division in the Toronto office and subsequently joining the Firm Relationship Management Group, a role focused on cross-client collaboration and connecting relationships. 

During her time on Wall Street, Keren has developed a passion for topics such as career longevity for young professionals, work/life integration and retention of women and people with diverse backgrounds in the workplace. She has spearheaded several programs and speaker series events focused on these topics.  

Keren has an Honors in Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario and currently resides in New York with her husband and two sons.

Fun Fact:

Keren taught hip hop and latin dance aerobics in college and continues to capitalize on her creativity today by writing her own songs.
